We just put out a new song.
And finally updated this thing again.
There's so much to tell. Starting somewhere is hard.
The band has been writing allot actually. I'd say we have more than an albums worth of material. Ideas. riffs. Beats. You know, the things that make songs.
And on top of that the band is really liking the direction we're going in. Just..in general. And we've gotten good comments on the new song. I know now that the time writing that song wasn't spent in vain.
I have a weird thing about our music. I help write it. And do my parts. I enjoy playing it live. And practicing. Listening to it recorded though? thats diffrent. When I hear it recorded..I can't make up my mind about it. Is it good? Is it bad?
Needless to say , I hate listening to us. Thats pretty bad coming from a member of the band. Maybe its because I'm an OCD perfectionist. Maybe Its I don't want to wear the songs out on myself. Or maybe its because I enjoy them live. Who's to say.
Patrick has been away at University. Which is exciting of course. Studying hard. Every time that guy comes back, hes talking about philosophy or some British people he met ha!
Ryan is being the bass lord as always. Not going to explain it all, but he has a severe addiction to the world of Azeroth. Tsk tsk.
John is also being a student, as well as Ryan and Patrick. Besides also being a master fisherman, hes now been officially inducted into the hall of drumming fame.
You can expect some kind of jump in band work in the next month. We did our first photo shoot with a photographer, we made press kits, which will be sent out in the week, we decided on designs and ordered new shirts, and we're are beginning to demo our new material again, which is the first step towards recording.
Thank you for all your kind comments, messages and the like. :)

that's quite a while from Aug to Jan.
And I had it stuck in my head all day today.
Singing it at work.
I think it makes perfect sense actually, not liking to listen to yourself.
Live is always nice. I enjoy live.
And what have you been doing while the others are away at school?
